OK, we're here at the Hilton Garden Inn in Florence South Carolina.  Same laptop, free Internet, no hassles.  Compare this to Disney's $9.95/day and it didn't usually work very well.  I stopped after one day.

Our time at Disney was fantastic.  Great weather.  Great (and too much) food, even on the "basic" meal plan.  Lots of fun.  Sitting on the beach every night watching fireworks and a light show, then to the heated pool before returning to the room.  Tough life but it had to end.

We did parts of EPCOT this morning and afternoon, and parts of Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island this evening.

We ate lunch at the Coral Reef and dinner at Raglan Road.  Both meals were excellent.

I really enjoyed EPCOT's Mission to Mars (though I didn't go on the most advanced ride).

Tomorrow we plan to visit Disney/MGM.

Had some trouble with Internet access so just catching up now.  We made better time than expected and decided to not stop in Jacksonville.  We stayed overnight Saturday at Port Orleans and then moved to our reserved Polynesian Rooms Sunday morning.

We spent Sunday in the Magic Kingdom, then back at the Poly for dinner (which was DELICIOUS), then watched the fireworks from the lagoon beach.

Well, we are staying overnight in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  Traffic was heavy near Washington, but otherwise the trip so far was good.  We are now one step closer to Mickey.

Tomorrow morning after breakfast we leave for Jacksonville Florida.

Clare and I are going to Disney World to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. 
We will be staying at the Polynesian Resort, where we stayed on our honeymoon!
